Our beef and lamb come from JW Galloway – a network of Scottish farms that are all committed to excellent animal welfare and environmental standards, recognised by the Scotch beef and lamb logo on the packs.  

Adlington supply our poultry and they are true devotees of the ‘field to fork’ philosophy. English-label chickens, turkeys and ducks are all free-range and reared to the highest welfare standards.
