INGREDIENTS:
Spicy salt & pepper king prawnsBattered king prawns
Breaded king prawns
For the sweet and sour sauce:
250ml Black Bee honey75ml Hot Lemon Sauce
2 tbsp Tracklements Ketchup
200ml orange juice
To serve:
250g brown basmati rice1 cabbage, finely shredded
100g baked cashews and peanuts
METHOD:
- Preheat your oven to 200˚C and line a baking tray for the prawns.
- Make an easy sweet and sour sauce by heating orange juice, hot lemon sauce, honey and ketchup for 5-10 mins until it reduces and thickens slightly.
- Boil your rice for 25-30 mins, rinse and steam your cabbage for 3-4 mins.
- Cook the prawns in your preheated oven for 12 mins until golden and serve on a bed of cabbage, rice and spiced nuts. Drizzle with all the sweet and sour sauce before serving.
