The David Family have been crafting and perfecting their small batch, organic drinks since 1975. Working on the historic Luscombe Estate, where cider has been pressed and fermented since the twelfth century, Julian David was keen to rejuvenate the Estate’s rich cider heritage. He sold his freshly pressed drinks from the farm gate, winning awards and loyal customers along the way.
Inspired by flavours
In the late 90s Gabriel David returned from living overseas to join his father in the family business. He was inspired by the flavours of his travels to begin crafting classic English soft drinks and juices from organic ingredients. Gabriel’s aim was to create organic drinks that were produced in partnership with farmers and growers who were paid a fair price for their high-quality produce. These principles continue to underpin everything Luscombe do today.
Great taste, great for the planet
Every Luscombe drink is free from concentrates, additives, preservatives, colourings, artificial flavourings or enhancers.
What’s more, the Luscombe team are focused on producing the very best drinks while making as little impact on the planet as possible. They were the first drinks brand in the UK to gain organic accreditation from the Soil Association and are working their way towards B-Corp certification.
