Dorset Dry is Conker’s refreshing take on a classic London Dry. Ten botanicals well-balanced and juniper-led, with the bright and refreshing Dorset notes of elderberries, marsh samphire and hand foraged gorse flowers.
Tasting notes: An intricate gin that is slightly less dry than its London Dry cousin. Complex and layered, with a bright freshness and intriguingly long summery finish that invites the second sip. The Dorset Dry makes a moreish G&T and a divine Dry Martini.

Instead our four-day lead time gives farmers the chance to pick the freshest produce, resulting in maximum shelf life. It allows us to plan efficient deliveries that minimise traffic, emissions and removes the need for warehouses full of wilting and wasting food.
