Cotswold Brie is a delicious white, soft moulded cheese, produced from organic milk. It has a rich creamy, clean and fresh taste, and while it continues to develop flavour over its life, it doesn’t become a pungent cheese. Simon Weaver Organic Cotswold Brie is ideal for eating as a light lunch, perhaps with just a beautiful crisp English apple; it is equally at home on a dinner party cheese board.

We don’t do next day delivery.

Instead our four-day lead time gives farmers the chance to pick the freshest produce, resulting in maximum shelf life. It allows us to plan efficient deliveries that minimise traffic, emissions and removes the need for warehouses full of wilting and wasting food.
