Using the fresh pressed juice from apples picked locally, Hawkstone's master cider makers ferment with champagne yeast and mature the cider for up to 6 months, before cold-filtering to create a 5% medium dry cider that’s full of flavour and character. Never from concentrate, never pasteurised.

Instead our four-day lead time gives farmers the chance to pick the freshest produce, resulting in maximum shelf life. It allows us to plan efficient deliveries that minimise traffic, emissions and removes the need for warehouses full of wilting and wasting food.
