This versatile sauce is a great accompaniment to any meal of the day. A smokey condiment that can be used for dipping and glazing. Utilising the nicest un-heat treated smoked paprika, mixed with Italian tomatoes and scotch bonnets and paired with lots of garlic and red wine vinegar for a ketchupy finish to this hot sauce.

Instead our four-day lead time gives farmers the chance to pick the freshest produce, resulting in maximum shelf life. It allows us to plan efficient deliveries that minimise traffic, emissions and removes the need for warehouses full of wilting and wasting food.
