Hobbs House Bakery is fifth-generation family business, established in the Cotswolds in the 1920’s as Herbert’s bakery. Masters of handmade bread, Hobbs House produce a wide range of artisanal breads, pastries and confectionery. Their sourdough breads are made using a multi award-winning, 64-year-old sourdough starter, which was given to the Herbert family by a German baker in 1985.
